Nigeria's Daystar Christian Centre Trains, Graduates 397 Young Entrepreneurs For Free

This is what I'm talking about! I love churches that focus on empowering the members. It's not enough to have members that are heavenly conscious and earthly useless. I applaud Pastor Sam Adeyemi for the initiative.

Keeping to its vision of raising role models in the society, Daystar Christian Center held a memorable graduation ceremony for the 13th set of the Daystar Skill Acquisition Program (DSAP) at the church's Main Auditorium located on Plot A3C, Ikosi Road, Oregun Ikeja, Lagos

A total of 397 Young Nigerians graduated from the program on Friday February 14, 2014.

The graduating students were filled with joy as they have been empowered to make meaningful contribution to the economy. They learned new skills in variety of crafts such as beauty makeup, photography, web design, graphics, sewing, generator repairs, making shoes, beads, bakery, and a lot more.

Speaking to the youth, senior pastor of Daystar Christian Centre,Sam Adeyemi represented by associate pastor Kenny Folarin charged participants to make the best of their newly acquired skills towards adding great value to Nigeria and the world in General.

The training runs thrice every year; February, June and October and since inception has trained over 4000 entrepreneurs
