Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) effurun recently had a recruitment
exercise guess what ,80% of notherners got the job, the remaining 20%
was shared by the other ethnicities ..this a school in warri o!yet we
are screaming federal character which is only applicable in d
north..whereas indigenes which constituted 70% of the applicants got
less than 5%....This is what happens when hausas dominate d seat of power.they all got their employment letter direct from abuja.
